J & M was established in 2003 as a property management company for residential homes. In 2008, as business grew, we obtained our real estaste license and joined our business with Naples Realty Services, Inc., therefore becoming a branch office. A new concept was born, a real estate company specializing in rentals combined with an in house management company; making owning rental property a "hassle free" experience.

Our most recent addition of services is community association managment. J & M is a licensed CAM Firm and now we provide our services to condominium associations. 

We provide a service like no other, and willing to go the extra step to make people feel comfortable whether buying, selling, or renting a Naples property.
